Offer Eligibility APIOffer Eligibility APIThe Offer Eligibility is an API required to facilitate the seamless verification of eligibility criteria for promotional offers, discounts, or special programs. This system aims to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of determining customer eligibility, ensuring a smooth and reliable process for both users and administrators.
Types of OffersBrand EMI / OffersGenerally brands offer discounts and cashbacks on EMI / Non EMI transactions. These offers are called brand offers.
 Bank EMI / OffersSometimes, the issuers also offer discounts / cashbacks on EMI and Non EMI transactions.
 Split EMI Offers (Loyalty Programs)Split EMI is an offer where the payment can be split into two components - EMI and Bullet Payment.
Bullet Payment is a payment that will be charged from the customer at the end of the EMI tenure. The customer will have to pay the EMI and interest on reduced loan amount. In some cases, the brand may buy back the phone at the same price.
 Multi-Cart OffersPlural also allows brand to run offer on multicart scenarios where multiple items are added to cart.
The brand can run offers on individual items in the cart while no cost or low cost EMI on entire cart. In other cases, the entire cart amount eligible for Standard EMI without subvention.
Payment ModesCards, Cardless & BNPLCurrently in our affordability suite, we support three types of payment modes, Cards, Cardless and BNPL.
Payment Processing ModelsAuth and CaptureIn case of Auth and Capture, the order is not immediately captured on authorization. The merchants can capture the order once the order is ready for dispatch.
PurchaseIn case of purchase, the order is immediately captured on authorization.
Loan Booking for EMILoan BookingPlural has the capability built in to convert captured transactions into EMI.
SettlementICB T + 1ICB stands for Instant Cashback. Generally for instant cashback offers, the settlement for the cashback component is done to merchant after 90 days.
To solve this problem, Plural runs a program called ICB T+1. In ICB T+1, the customers get instant gratification via cashbacks and the merchants get settled the entire amount on T+1.
 ISV T + 1ISV stands for Instant Subvention. Generally for instant subvention offers, the settlement for the subvention component is done to merchant after 90 days.
To solve this problem, Plural runs a program called ISV T+1. In ISV T+1, the customers get instant gratification via subvention and the merchants get settled the entire amount on T+1.
IMEI ValidationBlockingMerchants can block IMEI for products sold using Plural IMEI validation APIs. This is supported for following brands - Apple, Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Motorola and nothing.
 UnblockingMerchants can also unblock IMEI in case of customer cancellations.
 Auto Unblock on RefundOn refunding brand EMI txns, the IMEI gets auto-unblocked in most cases. For other cases, merchant can manually trigger the API to unblock IMEI.
