Customer Journey​

  • The customer chooses the product they want to buy and proceeds to checkout image

  • Then the customer selects the preferred payment mode, in this case, EMI (Debit Card) image

  • From the list of banks, the customer selects the bank he/she would want to pay with.

  • The customer selects the EMI plan he would like to pay with and proceed. image

  • On the following page, the customer fills in the card details (Card number) and mobile number and requests for OTP. image

  • If the card is eligible, the customer receives OTP.

  • Once the customer enters OTP and verification is completed, amount is converted into loan instantly.
