Customer Journey​

  • The customer chooses the product they want to buy and proceeds to checkout image

  • Then the customer selects the preferred payment mode, in this case, EMI (Credit Card) image

  • From the list of banks, the customer selects the bank he/she would want to go with image

  • The customer selects the EMI plan he/she would like to go with and proceed image

  • On the following page, the customer fills in the card details (Card holder name, card number, expiry date and CVV) and click on Confirm image

  • If the card is eligible, the entire transaction amount is authorized by the customer's issuing bank and converted into EMI. If the card is not eligible, the customer can proceed to pay the full amount.
