Customer Journey​

  • The customer chooses the product they want to buy and proceeds to checkout image

  • Then customer chooses the preferred payment mode, in this case, Cardless EMI. The customer enters the phone number to see all available cardless options. image

  • The customer selects the provider he/she would like to go with and proceed. image

  • The customer selects the plan he want to go with and enter PAN to check eligibility. image

  • Once the customer selects plan and enters mobile number and PAN Number, he will be redirected to OTP page if he/she is eligible for the offer.

  • Once OTP validation is successful, the customer is taken to a page and shown EMI details to confirm the order.
